For some weird reason, I LOVE this song! xD
Disappointments. Everyone has had their fair share of it. Some more than others and some just hides it in their closet. Everyday, there’s a definite someone who would ask themselves;
“Why is it that the world can’t be fair?” or “Why does it have to be this way?” The answer to those type of questions is “It just is.”
The world is never fair. There will never be a perfect balance to what you think is right and what you think is wrong. Most of the times the balance tilts to the side you wish it not. Life is just that. Unfair.
Does life has it’s ups and downs? Will it always be this way? Should we just give up? Should we just pass through life?
This is how most of us sees it. Truth be told, I think, as a theory, that in a way, the world is fair. Think of it this way. Yes, there’s probably plenty more bad moments in life than there is good. But the feeling you get during the good moments are way greater and powerful than the feeling during bad moments. And the memory of the good moments just gives you hope and motivation for you to get as many good moments in life. Granted there will be roadblocks and hiccups but when you finally get to where you want to go, the feeling is incredible!
So,
Does life has it’s ups and downs? Yes! Will it always be this way? Probably so! Should we just give up? Hell-to-the-NO! and this answer applies to the last question.
Life is our playground. We do what makes us happy. We play on whichever slide we want. Of course, there’ll be consequences but it’s your life! I’m not saying go do drugs if you want to because you shouldn’t. I’m saying that you shouldn’t give up on life and don’t do things that you will regret and do things that you will not regret. Life is too short to just pass by. Live it. You only get one chance.
So if you’re down in a rut, just remember.
Shit happens but so does happy moments. =)
When you meet someone you haven’t seen in a long time, or when you e-mail, call, text, tweet or FaceBook that someone, you should say…….
We should make like tomatoes and ‘ketchup’! ;)
If you get it, then [insert word here] xD
Two days ago, you guys stepped up once again to show the world just how much we care about protecting the Internet. Together, we generated more than 140,000 calls to Senators, spent more than 4,200 hours on the phone with their staffers, and blacked out 650,000 of our blogs to make our point and inspire others to get involved. And what’s more, this was on top of the 90,000 calls we sent to members of the House of Representatives a month ago. Incredible.
It’s now becoming clear just how much impact our action is having. On January 18th, only 31 members of Congress opposed these bills. Just one day later, 101 members of Congress publicly stood with us in opposition. We are being heard.
And as of today, it looks like both the Senate PIPA and House SOPA bills have been shelved, for the moment. It seems pretty likely that the bills won’t pass as written—a big first win. We now hope that Internet companies, the creative community and the content industry join together to innovate and devise new partnerships to combat online piracy. We’re confident there are effective ways to do this without damaging the Internet or diminishing our freedoms.
You’ve made a big difference in keeping the Internet a safe and open place for creators. Thank you again.

Lately, I’ve been assessing my year.
*Yes, very very cliche especially at this time. New Year’s is coming up! Woot Woot!*
Yes, well, I’ve been looking back.
*Great, I’m sounding more and more cliche.*
I think what I’ve always been stressing most about crushes. I know it’s silly because I should be stressing about my education the most seeing how next year is a really important year. So I think percentage wise, my stress chart is kinda like this:
55% ~ Crushes
25% ~ Family issues
15% ~ Friends issues
5% ~ School
I know. Ridiculous. Then, I started thinking about why I have been stressing out about ‘crushes’. Well, I think it’s because of those darn movies. Don’t get me wrong, I love them but it just gets to me.
*Silly me to believe in movie magic. xp*
I get into a certain fairytale romance funk. Most of the times, I’d go ‘FOREVER ALONE!’ Silly, I know. I tend to have a lot of crushes. Most of them, not serious. You know, nothing major. Then, I started thinking more. Why did I have those crushes? I figured out a list. A list of similarities between them boys and what actually got me hooked in the first place. It made a lot of sense.
*The List:
1. Tall (I don’t know why! It must be some sad thing because I’m rather short.)
2. Funny (Yes, a Jim Carrey will do just fine for me. xp)*
Well, that’s about it. I know, it’s a very short list. Makes you wonder just how many crushes I have had in this year. To make it seem less, there was something else but I rather not say it. It’s nothing sick but it’s very silly. So I shall not say what it is. Mind my possibly bad English. I am down with the flu and I just watched One Day so my mind is set in a British accent for the time being. xp
*Yes, I’m weird. Deal with it.*
xD
Yes, I’m excited! I finally know what I can do before the school holidays are over! I am going to be a journalist! I will write about things and post it here! I tried looking for a spot in a newspaper but no luck. So technically, I’m going to be a blogger but I like the term ‘journalist’. So expect three or five posts from me before December ends. ;)
Asia! What an amazing trip I had there. For those of you who don’t know, I just got back from my first promo trip in Asia. I went to Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines and Indonesia. Each place was different and loaded with culture! It was amazing to see how different and also how similar the countries are to America. The food was amazing too! Lots of spicy sauces, I was afraid to try a lot of them. Too spicy for me! I think the best thing about going, was to meet and see all the fans! I loved seeing how dedicated, loyal, and polite they all were. It was crazy, because the album had only come out a couple weeks before I came and they knew all the words to every song! It was crazy. Another cool thing was that I got to play all acoustic sets; just me and the piano. That was really great because it kept the show intimate. I was sad to leave Asia but I hope to come back very soon. To all the fans there, I love you all and I will see you soon!!!
